Remove an Integration

Removing an integration in Cork

On the "Integrations" page, find the 3-dot dropdown for an integration you wish to remove and click "Delete."

Why do I see the alert "this integration is backing an active warranty, it cannot be deleted"?

Any integrations that have tenants mapped to an active warranty client cannot be removed. First you must un-map the tenant from the active warranty customer, and then delete the integration.

How can I find the problem tenant?

  1. Navigate to the "Clients" page, and show all active clients
  2. For each client, hover over the vendor type icon for the integration you wish to remove, and see if any active tenants are mapped to that client
  3. For each client seen from that vendor, open the mapping portal and un-map the tenant from that vendor
  4. After this has been completed for each active client, go back to the "Integrations" page and remove the integration
