PSA Ticketing
Unlock ticket automation within Cork by configuring PSA ticketing. This feature, when configured, will automatically create tickets within your PSA based on the compliance events Cork has generated. When all compliance events linked to a ticket are resolved, Cork will automatically resolve the ticket. You can group ticket creations by client, asset, or individual event. Currently supported for ConnectWise Manage, Autotask PSA, SuperOps PSA, and Halo PSA.
