Kaseya VSA 9

VSA 9

  1. Create a new user
    • Navigate to System >> User Security >> Users
  2. Review existing scopes
    • Verify that there is a system scope that can access all ORGS/SITES/TENANTS, AGENTS, and USERS
    • If the scope doesn't exist, create one that satisfies the criteria in step 2
    • Assign the scope to the user you created in step 1
  3. Create a Personal Access Token
    • Navigate to System >> User Security >> Users and select the user you created in step 1
    • Click the Access Tokens tab
    • Check the boxes for REST API and Data Warehouse API
    • Specify READ access for ORGS/SITES/TENANTS, AGENTS, and USER
    • Add the IP address: 34.237.46.79
  4. Click Save and leave this window open

Cork

  1. Log into Cork and navigate to the Integrations tab
  2. Locate VSA 9 and click "Configure"
  3. Copy and paste your VSA 9 domain (including 'https:')
  4. Copy and paste the username of your new user
  5. Copy and paste the Access Token from your other browser window
  6. OPTIONAL: add a connection name
  7. Click "Connect and continue"
