Follow this step-by-step guide to connect your SuperOps tenant to Cork.

Cork will also generate a connection for SuperOps PSA if that is selected. If you do not use SuperOps PSA, you can toggle the related integration off before clicking, 'Connect and Continue'.

Note: If you do use SuperOps PSA and wish to integrate compliance ticketing with Cork, ensure that the Technician Role on the account being used to create the API key has the following credentials:

• Ticketing Settings

  • Ticket Fields

    • View

• Ticketing

  • Tickets

    • Add

    • Edit

    • Delete

    • View

Also, the account who's API key is used for the integration will have their name displayed as having the tickets "Generated by." For this reason we recommend creating a new technician account with the appropriate settings, with the name "Cork"
