  3. SMS Phishing Coverage requires a Security Awareness Training tool to be in place at time of incident.

Compliance Event Impact on Warranty

When a compliance event is created, the MSP/MSSP has a certain amount of time to resolve the event before warranty coverage may be impacted, this is called the cure period. Below represents a typical cure period where compliance events need to be resolved. Failure to do so may result in warranty coverage being paused on that particular endpoint or user.

Event Type Typical Cure Period
Endpoint not monitored by RMM 48 hours
Endpoint not protected by EDR 48 hours
Endpoint is not protected by BCDR 72 hours
User has MFA disabled 48 hours
Inbox is not covered by Email Security No cure period
User does not meet security awareness requirements No cure period
Insecure mail forward rule No cure period
Insecure email configuration No cure period

Cork reserves the right to notify MSPs of a major vulnerability that would need to be cured sooner across the above categories.
