N-Able Cove Backup

Navigate to https://backup.management/#/users
Click "+ Add User" on the top left
Create a new user, or enable the API for an existing user
1. Ensure your parent organization is selected under "Customer"
2. Enter a valid email
3. Select Operator or above as the role
  1. We are only reading from the API
4. Check the box next to "API authentication"
5. Click Save
6. You will receive an email to set a password for this account
Copy the parent organization name completely
1. Navigate to https://backup.management/#/customers
2. Click your parent organization
3. Copy the entirety of the text field labeled "Name"
Navigate to https://portal.corkinc.com/integrations
1. Scroll down to the BCDR section
2. Click "+ Configure" next to the N-Able Cove option
3. Enter the email, password, and company name copied in the previous steps
4. Enter a display name if you wish
5. Press "Connect and continue"
  1. This step may take a few minutes depending on the size of your environment, you can close the window if an error did not appear and check on the results later.
