Automated Software Remediation

You can now create remediation schedules and let Cork remediate software vulnerabilities as they're discovered. Build as many schedules as you need, each running on the hours and days of the week you pick. Scope a schedule to a single client or all clients, limit it to specific software, or only act on vulnerabilities at or above a severity you set. Remediation runs through ConnectWise Automate, Kaseya VSA X, Datto RMM, Ninja RMM, and Microsoft Intune. Configure schedules in Cork Vantage on the Software Remediation under Admin.

Integration Page Refresh

The integrations page now shows your connected integrations in more detail. Group them by vendor (Ninja, Kaseya, etc) or by type (RMM, EDR, etc.), or search to jump straight to the one you want. Opening a connected integration now shows its sync history: client and asset counts over time, how long each sync took, and recent errors from failing or degraded syncs.

Integrations

New Features

  • Aug 11: Added a Claims page for in-platform management and communication regarding specific claims

    • View prior claims, upload documents, and see the current status of a claim all from the Cork platform

  • Aug 11: Added a Sales role for view-only visibility into the Cork platform for your sales team

  • Aug 4: Added an API endpoint to retrieve full 📄 Cork Cyber Score history for a client

  • Aug 4: Add the ability to export devices through the Savings Opportunity widget on the Corkboard

Improvements

  • Aug 28: Improve dark mode styling for compliance event table

  • Aug 24: Allow Partner to upload multiple claims documents at once

  • Aug 24: Label claims messages with Partner, Cork, or End-Client

  • Aug 24: Update 📄 DUO to support their Accounts API deprecation

    • New integrations only require the Admin API as DUO has integrated all functionality from Accounts API into their Admin API. Existing connections do not need to be updated.

  • Aug 11: The mapping suggestion widget can now pop-out to its own tab and be placed anywhere on the page

  • Aug 4: Improve descriptions on queries ran through 📄 Asset Analysis

  • Aug 4: Added action to start cyber insurance analysis directly from a client detail page

  • Aug 3: Merged endpoint names are no longer case sensitive

    • Prior to this, if an endpoint was made up of an RMM endpoint named JAMES-PC and an EDR endpoint named james-pc, it would consider these are different names because of their casing.

  • Aug 3: Help bubbles next to compliance events now open up KB article within Vantage

  • Aug 3: The list of recipients for scheduled reports can now be modified

Bug Fixes

  • Aug 26: Properly handle external assets and macOS operating system names from 📄 Blackpoint Cyber - CompassOne

  • Aug 24: Fix issue that prevented a PSA ticket from being abandoned.

    • If a PSA ticket was opened and the associated client or asset was deleted or unmapped before it was resolved, the ticket would get stuck in limbo resulting in indefinite failures.

  • Aug 13: Handle duplicate client names from all integrations to prevent abandoned or orphaned assets

  • Aug 4: Truncate device display names to prevent device table overflowing and partially inaccessible

  • Aug 4: Fix Corkboard chart that allowed ineligible client count to sometimes be negative

  • Aug 3: Fix toggle button UX in dark mode

  • Aug 3: Fix issue with compliance event notification group selections

    • Prior to this, when more than one notification group is present, clicking a radio button works as expected, but clicking the label in a later group updated the selection for the previous group instead.

  • Aug 3: Fix positioning of actions for reports on smaller viewports

  • Aug 3: Fix consistency of shadows across graph tiles on client details page
