Automated Software Remediation: Enable & Billing

📄 Automated Software Remediation can now be turned on from within Cork. If it's off and you already have remediation schedules, a banner tells you they aren't running and gives you an Enable button. The Software Remediation tab under Admin > Settings is now always visible, but its settings stay locked until you enable it. Access starts right away, and can now be turned on from within Cork.
