CloudAlly

  1. CloudAlly requires an account or service account that has read only access to your tenants and backups, and all services.
    1. These permissions may be labelled "View dashboard" and "View backups tasks".
    2. You can check "All" under services.
  2. You may choose to use an existing email and password, or create a special service account with least privilege access.
  3. CloudAlly only supports one API credential per Partner, and you can create the API credentials with any account
    1. Note: If you created a service account with least privilege access, you will not have access to the Integrations section in your settings, so you will need to create the API credentials from an account with access to Integrations.
  4. Once you have a client ID and client secret, navigate back to Cork and select Integrations and find CloudAlly under the SaaS Backup category.
  5. Enter the email and password of the account to access the API with
  6. Paste the client ID and client secret of the API credentials created.
  7. Press "Connect & continue"
