Integrations Page

Last updated: October 5, 2026

A quick guide to the redesigned Integrations page in Cork Vantage.

Getting There

  • Location: Click the chain link icon in the left navigation bar.

  • Two tabs:

    • Connected shows what you have integrated.

    • Available shows what you can connect next.

  • Software detection banner: Cork reads your RMM software inventory and flags installed tools that are not connected. Use it to catch lingering tools or ones you forgot to integrate. Dismiss any you do not need.

Connected Tab

  • All: Every integration. Linked tools, like Ninja RMM and Ninja BCDR sharing API credentials, appear together in a blue box.

  • By Type: Grouped by category (RMM, EDR, backup), in the same order as the Available tab.

  • By Company: Grouped by vendor family, like Microsoft or Kaseya. Click a vendor to see the full list.

  • Search and legend: Search by vendor or type. The legend explains each connection status.

Re-sync All vs Process Risk Events

  • Re-sync All: Refreshes every integration, then reprocesses compliance events, PSA tickets, and software vulnerabilities.

  • Process Risk Events: Skips the full sync and only reprocesses compliance events, software vulnerabilities, and PSA ticketing.

When to use it: Right after you merge a client, map a tenant, or re-sync one tool. Otherwise those events wait for the nightly sync to clear.

Integration Details and Actions

Click any integration to see client and inbox counts, a 60 day sync history graph, and any linked integrations. Use the three dot icon to reveal the following actions:

  • Modify: Rotate an API key or rename it without reconnecting.

  • Map Clients: Review mapping suggestions and map anything unmapped.

  • Re-sync: Pull fresh data now, like after adding a license.

  • Delete: Blocked if it backs an active Financial Protection client, so unmap that tenant first. Only delete once a tool is fully offboarded. To fix a failure, use Modify instead.

Troubleshooting a Failing Integration

  • Where to look: The details panel shows the failure type and a Recent Sync Errors list you can expand.

  • 401 or 403 errors: Usually permissions. Fix the API key or user permissions per that integration's Help Center article, then Re-sync.

  • Generic errors: Submit a support ticket from the link in the panel.

Available Tab

  • Browse: View everything, or filter by company or type. Search by vendor or category.

  • Green dot: You already have that type connected. Click a vendor to see which of its products are connected.

  • Tool not listed?

    • Submit a ticket titled "Integration Request - [tool name]."

    • Or click I don't see my tool, enter the tool, pick a reminder period, select clients, and click Save Attestation. At least one tool must be integrated first.
